CANCELLATION POLICY
The User hereby agrees and acknowledges that the User may cancel the booking request for a trip through the Rojos De Colima platform at any point in time, subject to a cancellation fee charged by Rojos De Colima and in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy of the company as made available on the platform.
For bookings requested and/or completed on the platform or through authorized channels, the Users may request the cancellation of the bookings directly on the platform, through the call centers of Rojos De Colima, or through the authorized channels who made such booking on behalf of the User, in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy and subject to the deduction of the cancellation fee. The User agrees that, for any bookings made through the authorized channels, it is the responsibility of the customer/User to (i) make themselves aware of the cancellation and refund policy of Rojos De Colima, which is available to all users accessing the platform; and (ii) inquire about the cancellation and refund policy of Rojos De Colima from the authorized channels that the user engaged for making the booking on their behalf. The User hereby waives and releases Rojos De Colima from any claims that may arise from the loss, cost, and expenses suffered or incurred in connection with the cancellation fee and cancellation and refund policy of Rojos De Colima, whether or not the user has reviewed the same at the time of booking.
In addition to the cancellation and refund policy available on the platform, which can be accessed by any user/customer visiting the platform, the user is also informed of the applicable terms of cancellation, refund, and cancellation fee at the time the booking is made or cancelled.
There may be exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Rojos De Colima and third-party operators, such as force majeure events, that may prevent the third-party operators from honoring confirmed bookings. If Rojos De Colima is informed in advance of such situations, it will make its best efforts to provide an alternative or refund the booking price after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by the respective third-party operator. The User agrees that Rojos De Colima, being a facilitator for providing the platform to enable users to make bookings for availing transportation services offered by third-party operators, shall not be held responsible for such cancellations. The maximum liability of Rojos De Colima in such events will be to refund the booking price amount, subject to receipt from the third-party operators.
In the event that the User fails to board the bus from the pick-up point or any other point specified on the ticket for any reason, including delays on their part, Rojos De Colima will not be held liable to refund the booking price for the same.
Rojos De Colima shall provide a receipt for the cancellation fee, if any, payable by the user for every cancellation in accordance with the clauses above. The User may request a copy of the invoices regarding such cancellation from the support page on the platform. The cancellation fee shall be due and payable by the user at the time of cancellation and will be recovered from the booking price paid by the user for the respective ticket.
Rojos De Colima will not entertain any changes in the details or route for which the ticket has been booked, at the request of the user after booking. However, Rojos De Colima may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, provide changes in the ticket details or routes, subject to the user paying additional charges for alterations and cancellations as levied for such changes.
